Our team includes software industry, travel industry and hotel professionals.

John Smallwood, President and Chief Executive Officer: John created the Travel Outlook concept in 2006, after more than twenty years’ experience in owning hotels and hospitality management. Smallwood earned a BBA from New Mexico State University, and before starting in the hospitality industry, he worked with AT&T.
Brett Puffenberger, Vice-President of Operations: Brett designs and operates our virtual agent systems and monitors our connections to hotel inventories. He earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and in Management Science from Shippensburg University, and earned an MBA from the University of Akron.
John Gehrmann, Director of Call Center Services: John is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our contact center including recruiting, staffing, workforce management and call center technology. His team is committed to providing Forbes level quality and results in every interaction. John has over 15 years of experience developing exceptionally successful contact center teams and solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
